Actually, if you’re going to fold things together, a spatula is a better tool than a whisk. He’s got the wrong kind of spatula, but he’s on the right track, at least.
@Craigstillion - I’m pretty sure if you read it, he says he’s FOLDING at that step. Yes, a silicone spatula is pretty much the best tool in the world for this.
Well, Craigstillion, he mentioned he’s folding, and when folding, a rubber spatula is the correct tool to use.
In fact, such attention to detail leads me to believe that Copernicus is the second coming of Cookrah, the seal of chefs.
I doth believe this is Cookrah, showing himself to us in a manner such that only his true followers will see him. Next he will maketh us understandeth the difference between stiff peaks and firm peaks without looking it up.
