Copernicus is just jealous in the last panel.
Well, O Carioca, it’s a metaphor for the way in which we humans live and consume. When we’ve used up all the resources and extinguished all other forms of life from existence.. then we will only see ourselves in our pets, for that’s all they’ll be is small parts of us.

I’ve seen some of your comics for months now in the “recommended items” on Google reader, but never found it more than mildly amusing ( sometimes ). Yesterday I stopped to really check your site and I’m laughing so much. I don’t what is the cause of the change.
